This John Boos Cucina Toscano Kitchen Island has been designed with a channeled groove 30 x 24 inch top to keep liquids or juices from spilling over.
The stainless steel food service shelf is removable and drawers are made of dovetail construction for added strength. 3" commercial grade locking casters are included providing an overall height of 35 inches. Sides of butcher block are sealed with varnique and top has a food safe oil finish.
