The John Boos Pro Prep Chopping Block series is designed with the chef or baker who wants it all! Ease of access to handle towels on the sides along with the optional 15 dovetail utensil drawer are a must for the serious professional. Made of solid hard rock maple with end grain and oil finished for the baker in all of us. It stands 36 tall. There is also an available Pro Prep Pot Rack with four (4) hooks accros 3/16 stainless bar and stands 34 above the work surface; a perfect place for those herbs and spices. Optional 2 1/2 commercial grade locking casters.
