This John Boos Pro Chef comes equipped standard with a 30 x 20 x 1 3/4 inch thick edge grain butcher block top with a sealed (varnique) finish.
The stainless steel front drawer is constructed with dovetail sides for durability. Two stainless steel shelves are provided with the middle shelf being reversible. Four 3 inch commercial grade casters come standard bring overall height to 35 inches. All versions come shipped with a 1000 Watt Prochef Infra-red Burner. Unit is shipped knocked down.
