The John Boos SCT series commercial tops are manufactured to NSF standards. Made of Hard Rock maple these tops are built for your commercial application and are a full 1.5 inches thick. Default finish is a penetrating oil finish but varnique (sealed) finish is available at a $25.00 upcharge to quoted oil finished tops.
